A) Yes, we ship around the world. If UPS, DHL or FedEx arrive in your country, we usually ship to your country. We can even receive your DHL, UPS or FedEX account. You can also choose to use their own freight forwarding, we will give them the goods.
Q) How to determine the shipping costs?
A) You can check with the above courier company's toll-free number and confirm with your shipping agent. You can also ask us for a shipping estimate, which usually would be better for us (because of a lower prepaid rate at the shipper)
Q) How long does it take to deliver?
A) We will send out our international order soon. If the item is in stock, it will usually ship on the third day. For normal orders, about 7 business days after receipt of payment. After that, it depends on the shipping method you chose when placing your order.
Q) Can I get the tracking number of my shipment?
A) If shipped through companies such as DHL, UPS or FedEX, these companies will provide a tracking number so that you can track shipments on their site. We strongly recommend that you choose a shipping option that provides tracking numbers. If there is no tracking number, there is a greater risk of losing the order.
Q) Do I still need to pay my parcel?
A) Our pricing does not include customs duties. All import fees will be paid by you.
